In a dramatic twist, Mr. Roma Abramovich has appointed Mr. Bean (yes!the very one you know- Rowan Atkinson) as the new manager of Chelsea FC. He 'ld oversee the match against Manchester City today (how e wan take do am I no get idea but let's keep our fingers crossed!)
