"He was taken to New York Hospital Queens where he was treated for minor neck and back injuries," his spokesperson told ABC News. "He was released this morning and is doing fine."
As a precautionary measure 50 was taken to to the hospital wearing a neck brace after the accident.
This is the second health scare 50 has had within the last month. He was hospitalized in May with a blockage in his small intestine. Fortunately he was able to avoid surgery in that situation after the blockage worked itself out.
50′s fifth studio album '5 (Murder By Numbers)' will be released on July 3rd.
