MJ for short, Mercy Johnson is undoubtedly an A-list Nollywood actress who has wowed her audience with inspiring acting skills in many of the movies she had featured in.

Born in 1984 in Lagos to a Naval officer father and the sixth out of seven children,  Mercy had her early education in both Lagos and Port Harcourt. Barely out of secondary school she featured in her first notable movie, ‘The Maid’. She had since taken on more diverse and challenging roles which casts her as one of the most dynamic actresses in Nollywood.

A few of her other movies include Beyond Desire, My Beloved Son, Look Into My Eyes, Kill the Bride, Painful World, Under Control, Lost to Lust, Sweet Mama, Wealth Aside, Royal Tears, Genevieve, among others.

Amid controversies, including an allegation by a woman that the man she was about to marry, Prince Odianose Okojie, was still married to her, she eventually got married to her beau in August last year.

With a curvy physique that make other ladies go green with envy, she has continued to garner more followers of Nollywood movies. With such tempting physique, who wouldn’t want to ‘die put’ with MJ. Lord have mercy.
