Yinka Ayefele Opens New Hotel In Ibadan

Gospel singer, Yinka Ayefele has commissioned his new hotel ‘Down Town Hotel’ in his hometown Ibadan.

This is coming on the heels of his travails in the hands of the Oyo state government over his ‘House of Music’ mansion that has been marked for demolition to allegedly pave way for the construction of an 8-lane free way.


The hotel is another addition to the numerous properties owned by the popular musician as well as indicates his belief in individual contribution to nation building as the ‘Down Town Hotel’, sources say, will provide employment for a good number of people in the community.
