Afrinolly Shortfilm Competition is designed to motivate and reward participants who are skilled in the art of shooting short movies and documentary conducted by FansConnectOnline Ltd., on Behalf of itself and in partnership with MTN, Google+, Blackberry, iRepresent International Documentary Film Festival and Goethe Institute.

This Competition is open to anyone who, as of January 1, 2012 is 18 years or older (or the applicable age of majority in his/her country of residence, but in any event no less than 18 years of age) and a registered user of the YouTube website. See section 3 for complete ELIGIBILITY details.
The winners will be awarded in Lagos, Nigeria in conjunction with the partners. The Top 10 finalists will be rewarded as defined in section 12 below.
COMPETITION ENTITIES
The Competition is being undertaken by FansConnectOnline Limited located in Lagos, Nigeria, on behalf of itself and its subsidiary ("Afrinolly").
COMPETITION TIMELINE
All Entries must be submitted before the end of the Submission Period. The Open Call for Entries begins November 1, 2012 at 12:00:00 AM GMT+1 (Greenwich Mean Time plus 1hour) and ends on January 31, 2013 at 11:59:59 PM GMT+1. The YouTube Website computer runs the official clock for the Competition and will solely determine the time by which an Entry (as defined in Section 4 below) is received.
