President Jonathan Pays Police College Unscheduled Visit

President Goodluck Jonathan today paid an unscheduled visit to the Police College, Ikeja on his way to an extra-ordinary of ECOWAS leader.

Jonathan who was visibly angry about the state of the foremost institution promised to do 'something' about it.
