Dangote Paid Graduate Drivers N30,000 For 3-Months Training

Dangote just paid d first set of dangote graduate drivers a little sum of 30000 naira for the 3-months training. Most trainees resigned from their places of work for dis job because they felt dangote as a well multinational company would better their lives. Is this to say that it was all a scam?
