"American Pie" star Eddie Kaye Thomas is safe for now -- the chick who pulled a knife on the actor inside his home back in April has been ordered to stay at least 100 yards away from him at all times.As we reported, Eddie had met 31-year-old Roxanna Bear at Mel's Diner in L.A. just 24 hours before the knife incident and brought her home.
The following afternoon, she allegedly flipped and threatened him with the knife ... and Eddie ran out of the house to call police. Bear then barricaded herself inside, until cops eventually smoked her out (with tear gas) and arrested her.
She has been in jail since, but was just released after finally seeing a judge (so much for a speedy trial).She pled guilty to a charge of felony vandalism for trashing Eddie's home, and the remaining counts against her -- including the knife threatening thing -- were dismissed.Bear was sentenced to 312 days in jail for the crime, but was given credit for time served (156 days) due to good behavior.
She was also sentenced to 3 years formal probation, and was ordered to complete a 52-week psychiatric counseling program.She was also ordered to stay 100 yards away from Eddie and his house for the next three years.
