Miley opted for a classier look earlier this week when she attended the 30th Annual Night Of Stars in Manhattan.

She stunned in an elegant Marc Jacobs aqua sequin-covered gown.

Cyrus was a presenter at the event and tweeted about it on Oct. 23, writing: "I got to give the biggest superstars in the room a pretty rad award. Congrats to Robert and Marc @MarcJacobsIntl."
