The husband, Julius Mutua had forgotten his ATM at home and returned to pick it only to find his wife in bed with his friend.
The wife quickly escaped the scene leaving her lover behind and at the mercy of the angry husband and a mob.
It took the intervention of the watchman to save the man's life.
According to Mutua, this was not the first time he was catching the both of them in the act. He'd caught them sometime in November last year but he forgave them after his wife pleaded with him.
However this time, Mutua is insisting on going to the police and also filing for a divorce.
However, the man was taken to Pangani Police Station to record a statement.
