Aluu community for allegedly stealing phones and laptops in an off campus hostel.
This only goes a long way to show how heartless and wicked some people are!Instead of handing over these suspects to law enforcement agents, these young men were battered till they breathed their last, after which they were burnt like animals. In as much as I'm not in support of the alleged crime, I personally see no JUSTIFICATION whatsoever in the action of the people behind this murder. It is nothing short of barbaric!!!Even animals meant for consumption are not treated this way.
Though there have been reports of arrest by the police, but I think beyond the arrests, the culprits fingered in this dastardly act should be made to face the full wrath of the law. Anything short of that would only amount to travesty of justice!!!
It took me a long time to come to terms with this story and in fact posting it was not an option but a necessity! Nigerians must rise to the occassion and demand justice. We are not violent in nature and so such acts should not in any way be condoned. A campaign is on-going on social networks #justiceforaluu4 and I think it is an avenue to press home our demand for justice!
