Nicki Minaj has been offered $200,000 to perform at Calabar Carnival festival in Nigeria. It was created as part of the vision of making the Cross River State in Nigeria, the number one tourist destination for Nigerians and tourist all over the world. The carnival begins on 1st of December till 31st December.
