African leaders meet with President Obama. Who Represented our president?

The leaders of four African nations met with President Barack Obama on March 28th at the White House. They leaders were: Ernest Bai Koroma of Sierra Leone, Macky Sall of Senegal, Joyce Banda of Malawi and José Maria Pereira Neves of Cape Verde.

Why would the president of the most populous black nation in Africa not be invited?

Breaking News: Oluwole Awolowo is dead

Mr. Awolowo reportedly died in a foreign hospital on Wednesday evening. The publisher of the Tribune Newspapers, Oluwole Awolowo, is dead. The deceased is a son of the late Premier of the Western Region of Nigeria, Obafemi Awolowo.

Oluwole Awolowo died aged 71 on Wednesday evening. Details of the death are still sketchy and no official statement has been released by the Awolowo
