#CODED-ish News:: More Boko Haram Terrorists Caught by Borno Men has Revealed The Girls Location

Boko Haram Terrorists Arrested By Citizens In Dikwa Say Abducted Girls Are In Sambisa
Eight Boko Haram terrorists who came out to get food and items from Goym village in Dikwa local government, Borno state were arrested by visiting Civilian Joint Task Force men who came from Gwoza. The terrorists who came in a hilux truck with some motorcycles were arrested at 4pm Friday evening.
Upon interrogation, the terrorists revealed that the 234 girls abducted from Chibok were still in Sambisa forest and that they had been divided into three groups. They describe the camps in Sambisa as very large. They said they were sent by their leader to get items including clothes for the girls.

The civilians hoped military support will be sent to Dikwa immediately as it is likely the terrorists return when they find their men were arrested. They also hope “the Americans” will act on this intelligence to rescue the abducted girls.

Dikwa local government area is one of the local governments that is a boundary of Sambisa forest, and is near Gamboru-Ngala where 300 civilians were killed recently.
Maiduguri also remains on high alert as two Boko Haram members arrested by the Civilian JTF two days ago, one pretending to be a phone card seller at Tashai Kamla market told them Boko Haram was planning to attack and massacre men, women and children in the capital city any day now.

#CODED-ish::: Pope's message to terrorists

Apparently reacting to the recent spate of terrorism, the Pope described the menace as "absurd contradiction" between the international community's calls for peace, the proliferation of the global arms trade and the lack of attention to the suffering of refugees.

"Everyone talks about peace, everyone says they want it but unfortunately the proliferation of all types of arms is leading us in the opposite direction," Francis told a group of new ambassadors to the Holy See.

"It would be an absurd contradiction to talk about peace, negotiate peace and at the same time promote or allow the arms trade," he said at the Vatican ceremony.

While commenting on the issue of refugees, after the death of 17 asylum-seekers in a shipwreck near Libya on Monday, the pope said: "We can't just chase after emergencies.

"It is time to confront this issue in a serious and responsible way with a political perspective.

"In a way it is cynical to proclaim human rights and at the same time ignore or fail to care for the men and women forced to leave their homelands who die trying or do not receive international solidarity.

#CODED-ish news: Jonathan to visit Chibok on friday

President Goodluck Jonathan will on Friday, May 16, visit Chibok for the first time sincenearly 300 females students have been abducted from a local school, senior government officials said.

Some of the girls managed to escape, but the location of about 230 teenagers remains unknown.

Parents have identified 70 girls from a videoreleased by Boko Haram earlier this week.

Nigerians and people from all over the worldhave staged countless protests demanding to#BringBackOurGirls. A great number of nationaland international politicians have joined the campaign.Meanwhile, Jonathan is to take part in a summit on the Boko Haram insurgency organised by the French government in Paris.

In fact, only a few federal officials from the FCT have visited the town of Chibok after the girls were kidnapper. The list includes military and service chiefs, the National Security Adviser Sambo Dasuki, and the Inspector General of Police Mohammed Abubakar.President Jonathan and Nigerian government are under pressure for their slow response to the horrible abduction of the innocent children.

#CODED-ish News:: Topless Femen Protesters Join #BringBackOurGirls Campaign (18+ ONLY)

More than a month has passed since the abduction of over 200 female students from GGSS Chibok by the Muslim extremist group Boko Haram, Borno.

The abduction is now generating worldwide attention and condemnation.

The British and French governments announced Wednesday that they would send teams of experts to complement the U.S. team in Nigeria helping with the search for the girls. The Chinese goverment has also re-assured Nigeria of its commitment to assist in the rescue of the Chibok school girls.

Meanwhile an exhibitionist feminist protest group FEMEN joined the #BringBackOurGirls campaign. At their official Facebook page they wrote:

"BringBackOurGirls! The terrorist group Boko Haram abducted 270 girls from a school in Nigeria about 3 weeks ago. 50 Girls were able to escape, but 200 are still in the hands of the islamist organization.

The kidnapped girls are threatened with death, forced marriage or will live as slaves. That is terror, death and absolute patriarchal oppression in the name of religion and power.

The Gilrs has been forced to veil themselves and to convert to Islam. In such a young age the girls are victims of violence that should not be the faith of any child in this world. The fanatical Islamist group killed 6,000 people in the name of religion.

The connection of Boko Haram leads to the Nigerian government. Without Boko Haram there wouldn't be so many bribes payed in arms deals.

Otherwise, how is it possible that despite the big public international and national attention and commitment they are not able to find the girls and set them free?

History shows that the struggle for power is fought on the backs of women till today. They are treated like goods.

Women and Girls are systematically kept small so that there is no equality possible. This is just an example of what happens around the world every day, women are enslaved, sold, forced into marriage and exploited. But that 's over.

You cant stop women worldwide, the revolution has already begun.

Bring Back Our Girls!"

#CODED-ish News::The Day D'banj Messed Up

D'banj is in the news. Not for music though. No. But for his new found advocacy for agriculture.

Watching him on national television during the World Economic Forum, he cut a princely picture of success. His presence must have inspired lots of Nigerian youths. Until he opened his mouth. Until he spoke about agriculture. Then he misfired and goofed.

D'banj spoke. He talked about agriculture. About wasting potentials in agriculture. Then he added that the youths can as well be as successful as he is through agriculture. Good. Well thought out D'banj.

But do you really believe that crap yourself? Seriously? Given Nigeria's agricultural sector? Maybe for the cameras!

It's on record that Dangote's success is tied to a loan provided by a relation and of course, his ingenuity and hard work. Now, how many Nigerian youths down the rung ladder can boast of such "affluent" relation? Why are the Microfinance and agric banks not giving loans? How many youths actually get these loans?

How many subsidized fertilizers and even improved seedlings get to farmers at the rural areas? What incentives are put in place to inspire youths into agriculture? Would a successful farmer not do the trick here rather than the Eja Nla singer? How many successful farmers do we even have in the country today- at least one at the level of D'banj…And he expects us to believe that hook? Not until these concerns and even more are sincerely addressed. A good product will always find its market, irrespective of branding.

D'banj can tell us anything but agriculture. Let him leave the gimmick of agriculture and Koko farms to the Minister, who has his work cut out for him. Let D'banj go back to his music. That's what endeared him to us. Let him rediscover his musical dexterity. Let him give us good music, not the gibberish we get these days.

#CODED-ish News::WHY FG Rejected Boko Haram Prisoner Swap For Abducted School Girls

The Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity, Dr. Reuben Abati, on Wednesday, disclosed that the Federal Government would not engage in what he termed "trade by barter" with the Boko Haram sect in securing the release of the over 234 school girls that were kidnapped from GGSS, Chibok, Borno State, by Insurgent members on April 14.

It would be recalled that the Islamist leader, Abubakar Shekau, on Sunday released a video showing the abducted school girls. He hinted that they (Boko Haram) were ready to swap the girls for the release of their detained brethren in different cells and prisons across the country.

The presidential spokesman also hinted that because it is an asymmetrical warfare, dialogue could be difficult too since the sect members are usually faceless.

"While the Chibok issue has brought up the matter of whether the government is going to hold dialogue or whether the government is going to buy back the girls, I don't see government planning to engage in any action that amounts to trade by barter, or treatment of the girls as items of merchandise, or anything that remotely over-privileges crime against humanity.

"In this kind of asymmetrical warfare, even dialogue can be difficult because the enemy is faceless.

"Nonetheless, what government has said is that it has always adopted all options in dealing with the security challenge and there are already ongoing processes and standing committees. Government has said clearly, however that any Boko Haram member who is ready to lay down his arms and repent, the door is open to such members.

"The key word that government has ever used is dialogue and that is dialogue with stakeholders and possibly repentant insurgents" he said.

Abati, who noted that government had been adopting what he called soft approach to insecurity alongside the military operations, cited last year, when Jonathan released some detained relatives of sect members.

"In this regard, it is worth recalling that there are existing committees that have been saddled with the responsibility of operationalising what the National Security Adviser once described as the soft approach in the country's counter-terrorism strategy.

"This soft approach includes dialogue particularly with repentant Boko Haram extremists. There are at least two distinct platforms.

"First, we have the presidential committee on dialogue that is saddled with the responsibility of looking into the matter of extremism in the North-East.

"That standing committee has since submitted a report and the report has led to a number of actions by the President, including the Presidential Initiative in the North-East known as PINE, an economic recovery programme.

"You will also recall that at a point, the President released some detainees, including women, children and young persons belonging to Boko Haram who were in detention.

"That was also a product of that soft approach. So when government says all options are open in dealing with this issue, government is talking about that soft approach in addition to other measures.

"Recently also, the President set up the presidential fact-finding committee on the Chibok abduction. Part of the mandate of that committee is to visit Chibok, relate with the parents of the girls, relate with stakeholders and try to see how assistance can be given to the girls who have been released and also their families and what useful information can be collated.

"All of this involves dialogue, looking at many options. I don't think government will come up again and set up a special negotiating committee. There is a soft approach that is already in place and it is going on simultaneously with the military operation.

"It is also important to note that the Presidency is not relying solely on a whole of government approach. Government is combining whatever it does with a whole of society approach. So there is that soft approach which includes dialogue, talking to stakeholders" Abati said.

However, Labaran Maku, the Minister of Information at the end of the weekly Federal Executive Council meeting which was presided over by President Goodluck Jonathan, assured that government would go to any length to make sure that the abducted school girls were rescued, while his counterpart, Zaynab Maina, the minister for Women Affairs urged Nigerians and the ministers to pray for the successful rescue of the girls.

#CODED-ish News:: Nigeria READY To Negotiate With Boko Haram

Nigeria’s Minister of Special Duties Tanimu Turaki says if Boko Haram was sincere, its leader Abubakar Shekau should send people he trusted to meet the standing committee on reconciliation.

He told the BBC's Focus on Africa programme that "dialogue is a key option" in bringing the crisis to an end and that "an issue of this nature can be resolved outside of violence".

The Department of State Services, DSS, on May 12, 2014, Monday, paraded the suspects of the Nyanya bombing that killed over 75 people and had many injured.
* Five suspects of Nyanya bomb blast, FCT Abuja, paraded to general public
DSS Deputy Director of Public Relations, Marilyn Ogar, revealed that the mastermind of the attack was one Rufai Abubakar Tsiga (a Boko Haram leader) helped by a former army officer, Aminu Sadiq Ogwuche.
Ogar revealed that the two men, are wanted for the bombing of the busy transport terminal on April 14.
The DSS confirmed that Tisga and Muhammadu Sani Ishaq, transported the explosive-laden vehicle to the bus stationn at Nyanya, on April 13, but Tisga was the one to personally take the car to the position in which he later in the morning set off.
Sani Ishaq had been apprehended, but the duo of Tsiga and Ogwuche have gone hiding making the DSS place them on the wanted list.
Aminu Sadiq Ogwuche is an Army deserter, whose father is a retired Army colonel of the Nigerian Army. He hails from Orokam, Ogbadibo council of Benue State is a student of Arabic Language at the International University of Africa, Sudan.
Ogwuche had joined the army with service number SVC 95/104, left the army in 2006, he had also worked in the Intelligence Unit at Child Avenue, Arakan Barracks, Lagos, between 2001 and 2006.
It was also revealed that Ogwuche was arrested by security operatives on November 12, 2011, at the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, but was released to his father after intensive pressure from human rights groups, who claimed he was denied his basic rights by the security officials.
The DSS said that a bounty of N25 million have been place on their head, Meanwhile the five paraded suspects Ahmed Rufai Abubakar, alias Abu Ibrahim/Maiturare, Muhammadu Sani Ishaq, Yau Saidu alias Kotar Rama, Anas Isah and Adamu Yusuf revealed their part in the brutal attack.
Ahmed Rufai Abubakar told security details that Tsiga had told him he was part of Boko Haram only after the explosion in Nyanya, Tsiga had also told him that the reason they did it was because of the lynching of a member 8 days before at Nyanya.
This alleged lynching however did not happen, but was a lie to elicit the sympathy of the sect members. Tsiga also told him that Boko Haram national leader (Shekau) had told all members to relocate to 'Gaaba' (Boko Haram forest camp) in preparation for mass attacks against the country.
Ishaq, who is a sales boy in Tsiga's patent medicine store at Utako named Kishi Clinic, a place Boko Haram used as their base of operation in Abuja.
He said Tsiga had informed him two days before the blast of the plans, but was not told the location, Tsiga also told him that the bombs where being coupled at one Adamu Yusuf home, he also said he followed Tsiga to park the vehicle at Nyanya that night. Tsiga also told him that the story of one of their members being lynched to death to incite him.
Saidu alias Kotar Rama Saidu, 28, was arrested on April 29 at his village, Dandambo, Tsanyawa council of Kano State, he worked under Tsiga in Utako and claimed that Tsiga and Ishaq attempted to enlist him into Boko Haram alot of times.
He also pointed at Tsiga, Ishaq and Ogwuche as the masterminds of the operation, revealing that Tsiga had gone out around on April 13 at 11am in a "black coloured Honda Accord" with Ishaq and returned four hours later, then later in the evening they left in the same car again only to this time return the following day April 14 at 11am.
Tsiga also sent an SMS "Hauwa'u" on his mobile to his wife to pack up and flee the area.

#CODED-ish News:: Obasanjo Slams President Jonathan's Led FG Over Abducted Schoolgirls

Former President Olusegun Obasanjo has finally come out to condemn the Federal Government of Nigeria, led by President Goodluck Jonathan, on how they handle the issue of abducted secondary school girls in Chibok, Borno State.
While speaking at the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding, MoU, on the adoption of a junior secondary school and a primary school in Kudai, Dutse, Jigawa State on Monday, the one time Head of State said that the Federal Government should have done better with the kidnapped Chibok schoolgirls saga which has generated plenty of local and international attention.
Obasanjo said: "The Federal Government could have acted quickly when the news broke so as to save the innocent girls, but nothing was done. The future of the girls is significant as such everything possible must be done to rescue them".
The former President also condemned the terror group for endangering the lives of young girls who still have so much to give to the Nigerian society.
* Former President Obasanjo, right, and President Goodluck Jonathan
He stated that the insurgency group was taking its cause against the Nigerian State too far with the abduction of the schoolgirls on 14 April, 2014.
"Whatever might have been the grievances of the group of people behind the adoption of these girls, whatever might have been their anger or objectives, it was uncalled for, considering the importance of these girls," Obasanjo said.
It could be recalled that the Boko Haram sect had on Monday posted a video on the internet showing some of the abducted girls.
The leader of the group, Abubakar Shakau had said in the video that he would only let go the girls in exchange for some of his 'brothers' captured by the Nigerian military since 3-5 years ago.
Moments after the video went viral, reports surfaced that the President Jonathan led Federal Government has said they are not ready to swap the girls with the prisoners in their custody.

#CODED-ish News:: The real Abubakar Shekau is dead - SSS Spokesperson

Photo: Abubakar Shekau
After the release of another video showing the girls abducted by Boko Haram terrorists on May 12, 2014, Monday, the spokesperson of the State Security Service (SSS) commented on the identity of the alleged group leader.
Speaking with journalists in Abuja on Monday's evening, Marilyn Ogar said that the man claiming he is Abubakar Shekau is not actually him.
According to her, the real Shekau, the militant founder of the Boko Haram sect, is dead.
SSS representative was quoted saying:
"Boko Haram has become a franchise, anybody can assume and lay claim to any name. If security sources tell you that somebody is dead, you don't have to come out and doubt that."
It is not the first time agencies say Shekau is dead. The man claiming responsibility for various attacks and making new threats is believed to have been cloned. Experts, who analysed some previous videos allegedly depicting Shekau, noted that the man in the video was younger, sinner and had different mannerisms (in comparison with the previous materials).
It should be also noted that in August 2013 the group leader reportedly died of a gunshot.
Meanwhile more than 230 girls kidnapped by Boko Haram insurgents in the April 14 night raid from Chibok, Borno State, are still missing. In the fresh video the girls are said to have been converted to Islam and are shown reciting the first chapter of the Qur'an and holding their palms upwards in prayer.

Increasingly, the following and more questions and accusations are floating across various media platforms: Were the girls really abducted? Is this, or rather, this is US’ ultimate technique to invade Nigeria; this is CAN (Christian Association of Nigeria); this is Jonathan; this is Jonathan, CAN, CIA and the man; and numerous other conspiracies.
In lieu of the above, we release the following statements, which we believe are in the best interest of the Nigerian citizenry and foreign partners:

1. Who is Shekau: Boko Haram leader, Abubakar Shekau is a mythical figure, empowered and held in existence by the news media. According to military spokesperson, Maj. General Chris Olukolade, as contained in a press statement on Saturday, “’Shekau’ is a title and not an individual.” [DHQ claims Abubakar Shekau is not Boko Haram leader’s real name; DailyPost.ng; 10th May, 2014] “Talking about the personality that has been presenting himself as head of that group, besides knowing the fact that the term Shekau is more of a title than a name, there are many issues around it that makes it still fake. I don’t want to get into the details of that.” – Olukolade.
This statement comes after the United States Special Forces team arrived in Abuja to assist Nigerian security services in rescuing the 234 Chibok abducted girls.
Local and international media have curiously released several different versions of Abubakar Shekau without appropriate disclaimers. This media slackness has helped promote Boko Haram’s narcissistic goals. “Shekau” variations include a muscular version, a “Shekau” with a broken nose of average build, and a particularly lanky Shekau. Others include electronic versions of “Shekau” with abnormal movements and improperly positioned appendages. A top US think-tank, the CFR (Council of Foreign Relations) has acknowledged the various impersonations/person-variations of Shekau as promoted by the media. “On 20 August 2013, NOS (Dutch Broadcasting Foundation) announced that Shekau had died recently. Allegedly, Shekau was wounded a few weeks earlier and transported to Cameroon, where he died.” [Wikipedia archives of March 24th, 2014; Pre abduction—this was revised after the abduction crises with a new global objective].
The conduct of local and international media as such promotes Boko Haram’s desires to instill endearing fear in Nigerians and immortality in their leadership profile. Nigeria’s military confirmed the mortal wounding of a version of Shekau in August of 2013. This was verified by Dutch media as referenced above. With media’s unchecked promotion of all Shekau messages, “Shekau” remains immortal and immutably powerful. The effect of the release of the terror leaders press releases is tantamount to media terrorism and does not help in abating Boko Haram terror, which has strategic aims to instill fear and surrender via these well scripted messages of “scary” heroin intoxicated (as recognized from body itch behaviors)“Shekaus’.”
According to Raphael F. Perl, Specialist in International Affairs, Foreign Affairs and National Defense Division, Congressional Research Service [Terrorism, The Media, And The Government: Perspectives, Trends, And Options For Policymakers]:
“Terrorists need publicity, usually free publicity that a group could normally not afford or buy. Any publicity surrounding a terrorist act alerts the world that a problem exists that cannot be ignored and must be addressed. From a terrorist perspective, an unedited interview with a major figure is a treasured prize. … They seek a favorable understanding of their cause, if not their act. … Legitimacy. Terrorist causes want the press to give legitimacy to what is often portrayed as ideological or personality feuds or divisions between armed groups and political wings.”
Shekau should be considered DEAD and the media if interested in assisting the war on terror should bury this terror title. Global practice on anti-terrorism, details the role of the media in only releasing information in the best interest of the security of the people and abstaining from the promotion of terrorists. Most terror releases need only to be communicated to State security departments.
2. US Interest in Sponsoring and Fostering Terror in Nigeria: There is no credible evidence to this suspicion. The United States would be doing a poor job if Boko Haram was their technique to invade or dismantle Nigeria. Boko Haram is hardly successful at achieving this; what they have most to their credit is the destruction of Nigeria’s northern farmers and farming villages. The United States has professed reluctance to engage against Boko Haram in the best interest of their people. Till date, Boko Haram has not targeted US interests and US will like to keep it this way.
Only seven US Special Force men were sent to Nigeria as a statement of their reserved engagement. Sponsorship of Boko Haram terror can more plausibly be found toward the Middle East and Europe; as well as via the “missing $20-127 billion.” The abduction of French nationals earned Boko Haram terrorism a whopping sum of millions of dollars. This is direct sponsorship sought. Nigerian politicians to the top executive level have been directly implicated in support for Boko Haram terror. The nation’s Vice President, has been clearly implicated. Nigerians must responsibly and effectively address Boko Haram terrorism, its sponsorship and solutions at the local level; this includes from the Presidency, local politicians and individual level.
Of course, the United States has files on Boko Haram terror activities, connections and links. In seeking out the abducted girls, the US did not come to Nigeria to conduct fresh investigations, but came with folders and dossiers with actionable information harvested and available over the years. Nigeria’s failure to secure and utilize information readily available via media interception and aerial surveillance is a result of our failed, hopelessly corrupt administration and not the fault of those able and capable to mine data on their and foreign nations security situations.
The US team has already provided information on the location and movement of the girls. They first notified us that they were located in Sambisa forest, verifying information that ENDS exclusively provided Nigerians on April 25th. More recent reports indicate the US team relaying the translocation of the girls to a forest in Gombe.
3. Were The Girls Truly Abducted: Yes, ENDS has verified via its personal connections with people on the ground in the affected regions, that Nigeria’s girls were actually abducted by the terrorists. We have been in touch with the actual families; this is no “911.” The government of Borno released a detailed Press statement Saturday in which they informed that in keeping with international conventions on the rights of children, they were not at liberty to release the images of our poor girls who we allowed to be abducted by terror, due to our complacency and tolerance of worthless, criminal leadership and community elders. Politicizing and religion-izing this abduction is sheer wickedness. These victims from Chibok Government Girls School, as well as most victims of Boko Haram terror over the four years, cut across religious and geographical boundaries.
4. Root Cause, Support and Sponsorship of Boko Haram II: We the people are the root cause of the unlimited success of Boko Haram terror in Nigeria since the inception of the Goodluck Jonathan administration. By electing this president who was already implicated in militant sponsorship in Bayelsa, we signed off the nation to a future of terror. Our failure to act and our obsession with firing shots at the “opposition,” the “other religion,” the “other ethnic group,” the “other nation,” and any “other” we can find, is to blame for the success of Boko Haram terror. Very few of us have braved the risks and gone ahead to make solid proclamations against the terror group since its onset. Only today do we see prominent leaders issuing strong statements of condemnation and invoking action. We the people have been caught in silent approval of Boko Haram’s carnage because it is/was not prevalent in “our” areas or affecting “our” spheres of life. Today, Boko Haram has been pushed to marginal communities and even the leadership in Borno, possibly of different ethnicity from the areas around Boko Haram’s operational axis, are more complacent.
We have seen northern youth rise up and burn down properties and religious sanctuaries, as puppet warriors when called upon by self imposed northern leaders. We have seen the Ahmed Datti lead Council for Sharia in Nigeria, call for war in regard to beauty pageants, Osama, so-called Sharia banking; but we are yet to see their calls for Jihad against Boko Haram, and we do not require it of his council.
We failed for the many years of Boko Haram carnage, to see clear condemnations fromm the Supreme Council on Islamic Affairs, from the office and organization of the Sultan. But these leaders are not alone in the blame. What have we the people done? Have we since gathered with the same fervor we do when we feel our religion is threatened, to go to Sambisa and exterminate Boko Haram? Have we the people pushed for our right to defend ourselves and gone to protect our people? But we are the first to blame the US, and eager to declare that we know how to fight and are ready to wage battle against other ethnic groups or religions that share and face the same problems of poverty, administrative oppression and insecurity that we all face in the hands of the government and Cabal terrorists and Boko Haram.
The real sponsor of Boko Haram is the image we see in the mirror. Not the US, not CAN, not Jonathan, but our very selves, because if we participated in more than divisive riots, and took a single physical action against first Boko Haram terror then government terror, Nigeria would not be in the shameful state it is today and our girls will not be subjected to Boko Haram rape.
Groups like the Muslims Against Terror, headed by Dr. JP Amadi Jnr., and individuals like Sheikh Gumi, late Sheikh Albani Zaria, Sheikh Jingir, Sheikh Pakistani, and others not mentioned, have been bold enough to risk their lives in spelling out the truth to Boko Haram from the onset. Many have lost their lives in the process, but these are the people with a difference and not partakers in the sponsorship of this monster.
Conclusion: Boko Haram has the ability to engage and defeat Nigeria. They have the vehicles, equipment, morale, skills, finance and media advantage that if they so desired, they could drive right to Nigeria’s capital and overthrow our government.
In a Wikileaks release, during discussions post annihilation of Boko Haram by the Yar’Adua government, it was mentioned that the error Mohammed Yusuf made was accepting a header, “Western Culture is Bad,” “Boko Haram,” as against a more favorable and embraceable caption like, “Crusade against malgovernance.” Had Mohammed Yusuf done so, perhaps today he will be the leader of Nigeria.
We have the errors and drug overdose derived blunders of Boko Haram, to thank for the present limitation of the crises, not our actions/inactions or the helplessness and treachery of our government and State security services.
Comment: As a final personal rendition, I must say that Nigerians should be thankful that a person like me (Dr. Peregrino Brimah) has no political intentions. If a man like me was ever governor or President of Nigeria, I would for the first two weeks in office, command every single Nigerian who has done nothing other than participate in the dissemination of rumors, or the participation in or incitement of divisive and ethnic riots and strife, and not actively fought the government or civilian terrorists, to two weeks of kneeling down with hands up on the road side.
Involvement of ENDS
ENDS has been publicly involved in the war against terrorism since March 18th, 2013. The organization has provided Civilian-JTF and communities of Borno, several tools to assist in the war against Boko Haram. Recently as featured on Borno State Television and NTA in April of 2014, ENDS donated Taser torch-lights, pepper spray and walkie-talkie’s, procured since mid 2013, to the Civilian-JTF to assist in their frontline engagements. In May 2014, ENDS commenced the delivery of Bullhorn alarms for affected communities to alert their people of impending Boko Haram attacks.
ENDS has also provided handheld alarms and other confidential non-lethal anti-terror modern equipment to the Civilian line of defense. ENDS solicits the right of civilians to defend themselves and is encouraging a thousands of members, civilian armed force that will combat and eliminate Boko Haram this year. ENDS is also strongly pushing for global resolutions and sanctions against the leadership of Nigeria and their private partners who are implicated in the nation’s state of insecurity and sponsorship of Boko Haram terror. ENDS also solicits regional responsibility and determination as a way forward in Nigeria.
