#CODED-ish News::ODD: Meet The Artist Who Uses His Pènis To Paint [SEE PHOTOS]

He is an artist from Australia, whose nickname is Prickasso. The Australian gained a worldwide recognition as he uses his pénís instead of a paintbrush to create pictures!

The artist became popular after exhibiting on 10th Annual Sexexpo Show back in 2006. Tim presented his pictures and declared himself as the founder of a new genre – pénís-art.

Since then Tim Patch has really became a master of such an unconventional painting technique.

It's really symbolic that Prickasso, who uses his child-making órgán, therefore gives birth to new pictures.
Tim Patch admits that he is more interested in drawing women's portraits. Politicians celebrities and nature have a lower priority in his works.

It's hard to imagine how these ladies feel, as they see a nakéd man is just several meters away from them.

#CODED-ish News::SSANU Threatens To Go On Strike

The Senior Staff Association of Nigerian Universities (SSANU) says it may commence a nationwide strike by Monday if its members are not paid their salaries.
Mr Promise Adewusi, the association's General Secretary, said this at a press briefing in Abuja on Thursday.
He said that the strike was being considered to protest against the stoppage of the salaries of university workers without any justifiable explanation.
He said that the strike was sequel to a letter written to the Vice-Chancellors of the affected federal universities and Senator Anyim Pius Anyim, the Secretary to the Government of the Federation (SGF).
Adewusi said that letters were similarly written to the Minister of Labour and Productivity, Chief Emeka Wogu, the Minister of State for Education, Chief Nyesom Wike and the Executive Secretary, National Universities Commission (NUC), Prof. Julius Okojie.
He, however stressed that SSANU members would be directed to proceed on the strike if the government refused to pay the salaries.
Adewusi advised the vice-chancellors, the SGF and the ministers of labour and education to take immediate steps to remedy the situation.
"Our members in the effected universities have drawn our attention to the non-payment of their August salaries without any justifiable explanations, even as the month of September has almost drawn to an end.
"We, hereby, place on record that our members had long discharged their obligation as workers for the said month and they, therefore, deserve their pay.
"The non-payment of our members in the universities, when some other federal universities have since paid the August salaries, is viewed by our members as an act of punishment against them for working and this has made them restive.
"We, therefore, demand that the August salaries of our members in those universities be paid to them on or before Friday, 27 September, 2013.
"Failure to pay by the stipulated date will be regarded as a conclusive act of aggression against the economic rights and interests of our members," he said.
Adewusi said that the union would be at liberty to direct members to stop work, as they would no longer be in a position to continue to pay for their transport to work.
Also, Alhaji Mohammed Aliyu, the SSANU Chairman in Federal University of Technology, Minna, called on the Federal Government to pay the workers so as to promote industrial harmony.
Aliyu said that it was unfair for the government not to pay their salaries, considering the fact that SSANU had employed dialogue rather than embark on a strike like the Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASSU).
He, however, warned the government not to misjudge the union's peaceful disposition as a sign of weakness.
"Government should not punish us because of ASUU is on strike. If that is what they intend to do, it means they are inviting more trouble in the system.
"We in SSANU believe that through continuous dialogue, contentious issues can be resolved; but for government to refuse to pay our members for two months is a call for confrontation," he said.

#CODED-ish News::Okada Man Caught Making Love In The Bush With A Married Woman [SEE PHOTO]

While the 45-year-old housewife was making a case of rapé against the randy motorcyclist, the 30-year-old man insisted that the woman was his concubine.

According to report:
A mild drama played out in Orlu, Imo State, when a commercial motorcyclist, a father of two (names withheld), was caught pants down making love to a married woman in a lonely bush.

Giving account of what transpired to the police, the woman said she engaged the motorcyclist at Orlu to take her to her matrimonial home at Obibi-Ochasi.

She said when they got to a solitary area along the route, the man stopped ostensibly to ease himself.

She further told the police that while she was waiting for him to finish easing himself, the man emerged and started asking that they sleep together, adding that when she refused the amorous advance, the man grabbed her and forcefully lifted her into the bush.

The woman equally claimed that the rapist tore her inner wears to shreds, over-powered and rapéd her.

In his defence, the man claimed that the woman had been his concubine for years, adding that he had previously had fun with her at different times and places, including the spot where they were caught in the act.

He also claimed that he called the woman on her mobile line and asked her to meet him at the agreed spot in Orlu.

The man also claimed that when they got to the bush, the woman stripped herself nakéd, spread her wrapper on the ground and laid down before he started the act.

The randy motorcyclist, however, agreed that along the line there was a minor misunderstanding on the amount he should pay after they had satisfied themselves.

While the man claimed that the woman was asking for N500 for the service, he offered N200, which he said was the only money on him at the time.

NE equally gathered that plan was in top gear to arraign the alleged rapist in court to face trial.

Okojie, who spoke on Wednesday in Abuja at a media parley with journalists, said the commission was doing everything within its powers to ensure a speedy resolution of the issues raised by ASUU so that students could return school.

"We are part of the system and we understand the issues, we are meeting with members of the union all the time and the issues are being tackled. "So, we are optimistic the strike will soon be called off and our children can go back to school in the shortest possible time.''

He also reacted to the call by ASUU for NUC to be scrapped, saying "the call is not in good faith as the commission has not gone to sleep over its duties". Also speaking on the recurrent disagreements between the commission and some professional bodies over accreditation and running of certain courses by some universities, Okojie acknowledged that there were issues that needed to be resolved between both parties.

"There is no country in the world where regulatory bodies and professional bodies go to regulate at the same time. "So, it is true we are having problems with professional bodies in carrying out our mandate, but the issues too will soon be resolved and we can move on. The executive secretary, who said that the commission had closed many faculties not fit to run courses in certain universities, admitted that; "it is not easy to be a regulator''.

According to him, the commission was "silently regulating the system'' having to also pay professional fees and encourage professors to do accreditation. (NAN).

#CODED-ish News:: Students Insist On Planned Protest Despite Police Presence

Despite the heavy presence of security men at the premises of the University of Lagos (UNILAG) following the students' plan to protest the lingering industrial action embarked upon by the Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU), Tuesday, the students have insisted that they will proceed with their demonstration regardless of the development.

ASUU has been on strike since June 1, 2013 following the inability of the Nigerian Government to honor the agreement it signed with the union in 2009.
The UNILAG students are also agitating for the reinstatement of their Student Union Government (SUG) as well as the reversal on the hike in tuition at the Lagos State University (LASU).

Coordinator of the Lagos State chapter, Joint Campus Committee of the National Association of Nigerian Students (NANS), Comrade Yaqub Eleto, said the body has a responsibility to ensure welfare of all students.

"For many years now, UNILAG has been without a Students Union and LASU school fees is too high. This is a developing country and we should be encouraging students to go to school rather than hike their fees," Eleto said, insisting that students would not give in for any kind of threat.

#CODED-ish News:: Lamar Odom Defends the Kardashians in Emotional Twitter Rant

Lamar Odom has been pretty quiet about all the drama between him and wife Khloe Kardashian.

In fact, while Khloe stayed pretty active on her social media accounts, Lamar hadn't tweeted anything since July 12.

However, when Lamar found out that his dad did an interview basically saying the Kardashians were to blame for his problems, Khloe's husband came out swinging.

After a quick tweet that simply said "Seeing the snakes," he followed up with this emotional message defending the famous family and praising them for the unconditional love they've shown him:

"Won't continue 2 speak on this but I have got 2 let this out real quick. I have let this man and many others get away with a lot of shit. He wasn't there 2 raise me. He was absent ALL of my life due to his own demons. My mother and grandmother raised me. Queens raised me. For the first time since they left, came a blessing of a FAMILY that I married into. FAMILY.

That man wasn't even invited to my wedding. He has never met my mother in law and some of my other family. How can a man who has NOT once called me to check on my well being have the nerve to talk so recklessly about his own "son". He is my downfall! His own demons may be the ONLY thing he gave 2 me.

He disrespecting the ONLY FAMILY that has loved me without expecting anything in return. They are the ONLY ones that have been here consistently 4 me during this dark time. Only person 2 blame is myself. Say what you want about me but leave the ones who have done nothing but protect and love me out of this!

This goes to out to everyone!"

Wow, that's some pretty intense stuff. Whether or not Khloe and Lamar end up working things out, there is no doubt about his powerful feelings for the family, which is actually really touching.

So far, Khloe hasn't responded to Lamar's message (at least not publicly), but hearing someone say such beautiful things about your family has to tug on your heart strings just a little bit.

#CODED-ish News::Rihanna’s Instagram pics lead to 2 Thai men’s arrests

Rihanna's tendency to over-share on Instagram has usually only lead to worries about her marijuana fixation and way too much information regarding her and her notorious ex-beau, Chris Brown.

However, it appears the pop star's love of social media had some unforeseen ramifications for two men who met the starlet while she vacationed in Thailand.

The singer has been in Thailand on the island of Phuket taking a break from her Diamonds World Tour. She shared photos of her enjoying the sights and getting close to some of the native wildlife. Rihanna posted a link on Twitter to an Instagram image of her in sunglasses with a furry little primate perched on her shoulder.

The animal is called the slow loris it' is native to Southeast Asia and listed as a protected species.

"Look who was talkin dirty to me!" Rihanna tweeted along with the image.

Apparently, she had no idea of the animal's "protected" status. The loris is an endangered species. It is known to be illegally traded all over the world.

Authorities immediately sought out the two men who brought the loris out to the star and both men were subsequently arrested.

"Phuket authorities were alerted to the picture (of Rihanna), and last night police arrested the two individuals who brought out the loris as a photo opportunity for tourists," said Weera Kerdsirimongkon, a Phuket district police chief.

The two individuals, reportedly a 20-year old and a 16-year old, could face charges of posession of protected animals.

The charge carries a penalty of up to four years in prison and a 40,000 baht (roughly $1,300) fine.

According to Weera, the area is known for vendors exploiting exotic wildlife. Tourists pay to pose with the animals.

"It's like a cat-and-mouse game. But this time it's bigger because a celebrity like Rihanna posted the picture, and there were more than 200,000 `likes' from around the world," Weera said.

Rihanna has not spoken about the incident. She ended her stay in Thailand the following Sunday. She's now reportedly headed to Singapore, Australia and New Zealand.

#CODED-ish News::Miley Cyrus Dad Billy Ray Cyrus Talks About His Daughter’s Controversial Performance

Miley's 2013 Video Music Awards performance is still as hot as the summer sun, the controversial show may have aired almost a month ago but people are still talking about it.

And speaking about it, Miley's dad Billy Cyrus defends his daughter's VMA performance when he appeared on CNN's "Piers Morgan Tonight" to talked about his reaction about his daughters drastic transformation.

Miley Cyrus, the center of a lot of controversies these days is on the spotlight once again as her father Billy Ray say's that she is just "being Miley" from a recent interview.

Host Piers Morgan brought up the issue of her "Wrecking Ball" video and as a father he wouldn't be pleased about it, but the "Achy Breaky Heart" singer simply diverted the question by saying:

"It gets even stranger when that little girl becomes a young lady," he said, and mentioned that "the shock factor is tremendously higher than it used to be."

But when asked about his daughter's stripping in her recent video and her sexual innuendos, Billy Ray defend's his daughter by saying, "I'm her daddy. I come for that school of as a singer-songwriter, as a musician, that it starts with a song. And it's that magic moment when a song finds the right artist, the right singer, and it becomes a synchronicity of that moment in time."

He added, "Miley harnessed into something very special. She's just Miley. She's an artist, she's real. I think that's what's happened over the years, Miley has been reinventing her sound. She's evolving as an artist herself. I think that it's all of what everyone is calling controversy now. That's still my Miley."

As for that performance at the MTV VMAs, the dad of the 20-year old Twerking Queen simply stated, "Miley again, you know, I think she could've went out and sang the song in a flannel shirt and a pair of jeans, and it would have still been just as strong.

Would we have been here talking about it? No way."

"I knew that she wanted to do something really special and something everyone would be talking about. I knew she'd been putting a lot of practice and thought into what happened in New York. Again it became that moment of a singer-songwriter-entertainer finding that special moment, and again controversy lies in that special moment.

I don't know any great artist who was luke warm and the fans were just in the middle of it. You either love it or you hate it."

Lagosians spend N36billion annually on parties - Governor Fashola

Lagos state governor, Babatunde Raji Fashola, this weekend revealed that more than N36 billion is spent by Lagosians annually to organise parties. The governor said this at the 4th edition of the Lagos Ignite Enterprise and Employability project, a joint youth empowerment programme between the government and the Afterschool Graduate Development Centre, AGDC.

Governor Fashola said:
“This was the study of night life carried out by the government in five local governments including Agege, Mushin, Ifako-Ijaiye and Ikeja and another local government. It showed that more than N36 billion was spent on 1555 parties held within the period. We did a study between October and November last year. We studied from Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights, three days every week for four weeks which was 12 nights. In 12 nights, 1555 parties were held in these local governments. In terms of drinks, food and all other engagements during such parties, about N1.2 billion was spent and when we dis-aggregated them we saw how much went to DJ, MC, food and drinks, the total picture in the state now and I don’t want to give you a wrong number but it’s something in the region of about N3 billion monthly on that side of our life and people are playing and impacting on that side of our economy.
The governor further stated that Aso Ebi alone gulped a minimum of N1.2billion monthly.
